This space is ideal for solo professionals wanting room to spread out, business partners working side by side, or small teams planning, collaborating, and getting things done. Featuring two dedicated workstations with dual plug and play monitors, plus an electric sit stand workstation, The Hub offers flexibility without the cost of a private suite. The layout has been intentionally designed to create separation and personal space while maintaining openness, natural light, and connection to the wider community. You get the benefit of connection without distraction.

Based in Shellharbour and commuting to Wollongong? Bring a colleague and use this as your local base instead.
